Als Erziehungswissenschaftlerin und Referentin für Personalmarketing beschäftigt sich Eva Ftoni mit der Frage, wie Personalgewinnung für das Berufsfeld Kita innovativ, zielgruppenorientiert und nachhaltig gestaltet werden kann. Dabei verbindet sie ihre pädagogische Expertise mit einem tiefen Verständnis für die Herausforderungen und Entwicklungen im Berufsfeld Kita. Besonders am Herzen liegt ihr die gesellschaftliche Bedeutung der frühkindlichen Bildung und der Menschen, die diesen Bereich täglich prägen. In ihrer Arbeit setzt sie auf moderne Ansätze im Employer Branding und Recruiting und nutzt Social Media, digitale Formate und innovative Kommunikationswege, um unterschiedliche Zielgruppen für das Berufsfeld Kita zu begeistern. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit liegt auf dem Recruiting-Game „Next Level Kita“. Das Projekt setzt auf Gamification und verbindet spielerische und digitale Elemente mit konkreten Einblicken in das Berufsfeld. So werden insbesondere junge Menschen auf interaktive Weise an die Vielfalt und Bedeutung pädagogischer Arbeit herangeführt.

TALENTpro 2027 takes place on 9 and 10 June 2027 at the MTC world of fashion (Lilienthalallee) in Munich. Two days of recruiting, employer branding and networking in the heart of Munich.

Doors open at 9:00 am. Use the time to explore the venue or connect with the first attendees. The programme itself starts promptly at 9:20 am.
