Gemeinsam mit der TalentPro haben wir eine Studie aufgesetzt, um die KI Kompetenz in Deutschland aber vor allem auch in der HR Branche zu messen. Dabei haben wir ähnliche Kriterien gewählt, wie seinerzeit die EU Kommission an die Digital Kompetenz angelegt hat. Die Entwicklungen im Bereich der KI Technologien ist derart rasant in der Entwicklung, dass wir uns schon längst um die Digital Kompetenz 2.0 kümmern müssen – die KI Kompetenz. Die Geschwindigkeit zeichnet heute bereits ab, dass wir viele auf dem Weg in das KI Zeitalter abhängen werden, wenn wir uns nicht, um entsprechende Schulungsmaßnahmen und eine entsprechende Lernende Kultur kümmern werden. Denn umgekehrt werden wir uns es auch nicht leisten können, so viele Talente auf der Strecke zu lassen.
