Sabine Vockrodt verantwortet als Owner HR Solutions alle Stellenmarkt- und HR-Angebote der Ebner Media Group. Dazu gehört das Jobnetwork by Ebner Media Group mit 11 Fachstellenmärkten für Spezialisten vom Account Manager bis zum Zweiradmechaniker. Des Weiteren zählen zu ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, der Newsletter „Good Morning HR“ sowie Employer Branding Angebote und Veranstaltungen für HR-Spezialisten, wie beispielsweise der People & Culture Club oder die Human X Work Conference. Zuvor leitete sie beim Verlag Werben & Verkaufen das W&V Job Network mit den crossmedialen Stellenmärkten von W&V, LEAD digital, Kontakter, PAGE und Personalwirtschaft. Sie moderiert seit mehreren Jahren Seminare und Workshops zu den Themen „Die perfekte Stellenanzeige“ und „Employer Branding“ und ist außerdem Mit-Erfinderin der „HR Failure Night“, wo regelmäßig Personalmarketing-Verantwortliche in geschütztem Rahmen über gescheiterte Projekte, und was man daraus lernen kann, berichten. Die Diplom-Ingenieurin begann nach ihrem Studium als Produktmanagerin beim Berliner Glühlampenwerk, wo sie auch den Bereich Marketing und Vertrieb betreute. Seit Anfang der 90er Jahre war sie bei verschiedenen Special Interest- und Fachverlagen für den Anzeigenverkauf verantwortlich. Beim Verlag Werben & Verkaufen baute sie die Online-Vermarktung auf und übernahm zusätzlich den Stellenmarkt Print und Online.

TALENTpro 2027 takes place on 9 and 10 June 2027 at the MTC world of fashion (Lilienthalallee) in Munich. Two days of recruiting, employer branding and networking in the heart of Munich.

TALENTpro is the #1 event for recruiting and employer branding in the German-speaking market. As an expofestival it brings together three worlds: a trade fair with exhibitors and solutions, a high-quality stage programme with experts, and plenty of room to network.

Doors open at 9:00 am. Use the time to explore the venue or connect with the first attendees. The programme itself starts promptly at 9:20 am.
