Volker Huber verfügt über langjährige internationale Führungserfahrung in Konzern- und Mittelstandsstrukturen. Im Laufe seiner Karriere wurde er selbst sowohl in strukturierten eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren für Führungsrollen ausgewählt als auch in eher informellen und wenig transparenten Auswahlprozessen – und kennt Personalauswahl daher auch aus der Perspektive des Kandidaten. Als Führungskraft in internationalen Organisationen setzte er selbst psychologische Testverfahren und strukturierte Auswahlmethoden zur Besetzung von Schlüsselpositionen ein. In seiner Rolle als CEO eines mittelständischen Unternehmens verantwortete er einen umfassenden Turnaround sowie die strategische Neuausrichtung im Zuge eines Eigentümerwechsels. Auch dabei nutzte er strukturierte Auswahl- und Führungsinstrumente zur gezielten Neuausrichtung des Managements. Heute ist er Unternehmer und geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von HUBERBEANS. Mit der Rösterei sowie den Marken Kaffeesack und Coffeeterrier versorgt das Unternehmen Firmenkunden, Privatkunden sowie die eigenen Coffeeshops mit Spezialitätenkaffee. Das Unternehmen entstand über viele Jahre unternehmerischer Aufbauarbeit – geprägt von der Erfahrung, wie entscheidend die Auswahl der richtigen Menschen für nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg ist.

TALENTpro 2027 takes place on 9 and 10 June 2027 at the MTC world of fashion (Lilienthalallee) in Munich. Two days of recruiting, employer branding and networking in the heart of Munich.

TALENTpro is the #1 event for recruiting and employer branding in the German-speaking market. As an expofestival it brings together three worlds: a trade fair with exhibitors and solutions, a high-quality stage programme with experts, and plenty of room to network.
