Nico Wirtz hat Betriebswirtschaftslehre studiert und verfügt begann seine Karriere 2015 in der Personalberatung. Seit 2019 ist er bei der PAUL HARTMANN AG tätig, wo er maßgeblich am Aufbau eines Center of Excellence für Talent Acquisition beteiligt war. Ab 2022 übernahm er die Leitung dieses Bereichs und ist seit 2024 für die globale Personalgewinnung verantwortlich. Zusätzlich hat er eine Ausbildung zum Systemischen Coach absolviert. TALENTpro 2027 takes place on 9 and 10 June 2027 at the MTC world of fashion (Lilienthalallee) in Munich. Two days of recruiting, employer branding and networking in the heart of Munich.
TALENTpro is the #1 event for recruiting and employer branding in the German-speaking market. As an expofestival it brings together three worlds: a trade fair with exhibitors and solutions, a high-quality stage programme with experts, and plenty of room to network.

Doors open at 9:00 am. Use the time to explore the venue or connect with the first attendees. The programme itself starts promptly at 9:20 am.
